Welcome to Evolve360, a digitalization assessment tool developed by avilo. By using Evolve360, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing or using Evolve360, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, avilo's Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use Evolve360.

2. Service Description

Evolve360 is a tool designed to assess your company's digitalization level. It provides customized results and recommendations based on your survey inputs. Users can choose between:

• A short version of the survey (approximately 1 minute).
• A long version of the survey (approximately 5 minutes) for more detailed results.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Evolve360.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the survey process.

4. Data Collection and Use 

By using Evolve360, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of the information you provide in accordance with avilo's Privacy Policy.

• Data Collected: Survey responses, optional company data (e.g., company name, industry, size, revenue, location), and your email address.
• Purpose of Data Collection:
• To generate a digitalization assessment and tailored recommendations.
• To send results and relevant follow-ups to your email.
• To improve Evolve360's features and accuracy.
• Storage and Security: Your data is securely stored and protected using industry-standard security measures.
• Data Sharing: avilo does not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful data during the survey.
• You agree not to:
• Enter false or misleading information.
• Attempt to interfere with or breach Evolve360’s security features.

Evolve360, including all its content, design, and features, is the intellectual property of avilo. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Evolve360 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. avilo does not guarantee:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the results.
• That the tool will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, avilo shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of Evolve360, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Modification of Terms

avilo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of Evolve360 constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

avilo may suspend or terminate your access to Evolve360 at any time if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Norwegian courts.
