Complementing the smart camera, we installed a touchscreen display on the meeting room table. This intuitive interface allows users to easily browse and join scheduled Teams meetings with just a touch. By centralizing control and making the process straightforward, we've eliminated the need for employees to search for meeting links or navigate through complex menus, streamlining the entire meeting setup.

Enhancing Accessibility and Audio Quality

To make room booking straightforward and transparent, a room panel is mounted outside the meeting room. This panel displays real-time availability and scheduled meetings, allowing employees to check the room’s status at a glance and book it effortlessly. This feature helps avoid scheduling conflicts and ensures smooth transitions between meetings, optimizing the use of space and time.

Audio clarity is crucial in any meeting, and to address this, we integrated two wireless microphones into the room. These remote microphones can be placed anywhere in the room, ensuring that every participant, regardless of their seating position, is heard clearly. This flexibility supports larger groups and promotes inclusive conversations, making sure no voice goes unheard.

Streamlining Screen Sharing and Meeting Management

One of the standout features of Bridgehill’s new setup is the Wireless HDMI ClickShare technology. By simply plugging the ClickShare device into their PC’s USB port, users can cast their screens to the meeting room display with a single click. This feature is particularly useful for both local presentations and Teams meetings, facilitating seamless information sharing and dynamic discussions.

Further enhancing the efficiency of the meeting room is a hidden Teams meeting room PC. Managed via the display screen, this setup eliminates the need for users to bring their own devices. Instead, users can invite the meeting room to their scheduled meeting and join directly from the panel. This approach not only declutters the meeting space but also ensures consistent management and updates of the technology, providing a reliable and hassle-free experience.

Immersive Audio Experience

To ensure high-quality sound, we installed a comprehensive surround sound system. This setup includes a subwoofer, center speaker, two rear speakers, and a soundbar, delivering an immersive audio experience.
