Great, thank you. Can you please tell us a bit about yourself?

Sure! I'm originally from Prilep but currently living in Bitola, where I’m pursuing studies in IT.

What is your position at avilo, and what do your daily tasks include?

I'm a Full Stack Web Developer at avilo. My daily routine involves planning my tasks, collaborating with my team to brainstorm solutions, and, of course, a lot of hands-on coding and problem-solving to bring ideas to life.

What skills do you think are essential for success in your field?

Adaptability and continuous learning are key in this field. Problem-solving is a big one too—along with clear communication and a good command of the technologies we work with daily.

How do you manage work-life balance, especially with your studies and job?

Time management is essential. I try to avoid procrastination as much as possible. Outside work activities help me recharge, so I prioritize them to stay motivated. Planning everything out really makes a difference.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time when you're not coding or studying?

I like to get outdoors—whether it’s grabbing coffee, catching up with friends, or doing something active. I find that spending time outside helps me balance the hours I spend indoors working.

What has been the most challenging project you’ve worked on at avilo, and how did you overcome those challenges?

The most challenging project was actually one of my first at avilo. I joined a project that was already underway, so I had to learn the existing codebase and adapt my style to fit. It was tough at first, but I stayed persistent, kept an open mind, and had great support from my team, which helped me push through.
