At 𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗼, our primary goal is to create products that are as simple as possible while meeting all our clients' needs. Alongside our custom projects, we also develop commercial solutions.

Today, I'm excited to present one of our innovative projects: Washd Sorting. This product is designed to help large-scale laundries sort their textiles in the simplest and most organized way possible.



Washd Sorting utilizes RFID technology to identify where each item of clothing belongs. After the clothes are washed, users simply scan the items, and a light activates among thousands of shelves, indicating the correct placement effortlessly. If an error occurs, a warning sound alerts the user.

Interesting fact: The metal hangers attached to every shelf, which house all the logic components, are produced in Macedonia to predefined dimensions. The sensors placed inside these hangers detect if the clothing is placed on the correct shelf.
