Christmas Newsletter from Washd

As the Christmas calm is about to settle across the country, we would like to share a small Christmas update from us in Larvik.

Since our last update, we have mainly been working on improving our solution — making it better, more intuitive, clearer, and with an improved design. Not everything is immediately visible, but we are continuously fine-tuning the engine to ensure everything works as smoothly as possible. This will result in the system running much faster after the next update. What is visible, however, are the design changes we’ve made, including updates to Statistics and Textile Admin. The update will be released at the beginning of 2026.

Bulk editing and bulk deletion of textiles

Finally, one of the most requested features is in place! All of our laundries can now bulk edit and bulk delete textiles. For example, if a delivery has been linked to the wrong customer, this can now be corrected in Textile Admin. Bulk deletion is particularly useful when you have a large number of textiles that need to be discarded.

We have also recently carried out a fair amount of custom development for specific laundries. These are needs and requests developed for individual laundries, allowing you to use Washd Control exactly the way you want.

New app and calendar feature in Washd Prevent

A brand-new Android app is coming soon! This means you and your employees will always have Washd Prevent available — right in your pocket.

The next update of Washd Prevent will also include a calendar feature, allowing you to add tasks and activities on dates of your choosing.
